Hops 1 Tbsp. allspice 1 Tbsp. cinnamon 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger root, grated 3/4 cup corn sugar for bottling Enough water for 5 gal. White Labs California Ale Liquid Yeast Hopping Schedule: 1 oz. hops for entire 60 min of boil 0.5 oz. hops for last 30 min 0.5 oz. hops for last 20 min I threw in the spices for the last 5 min of the boil. starting S.G. 1.052 ending S.G. 1.018 on Day 8
